The brothers Marius and Paul Pelletier founded their company in the 1920s, which became Pelletier et Cok when they joined forces with Léon Cok.

Renamed S.A. Manufacture Générale de Lunetterie des Etablissements Cok et Cie in 1937, the company was then called S.A.R.L. General Manufacture of Ets Léon Cok Eyewear.

It will disappear in the 1960s.
