It was formed by Mr. Whinney, official liquidator of the Company of Trouville a company having for object the exploitation, the development and the sale of the buildings and grounds, located on the beach of Trouville-sur-Mer.
Mr. Whinney brought the assets of the company in liquidation: The Hôtel des Roches Noires, a house called La Maison Normande located in Trouville rue des Roches Noires, another house called Le Chalet des Roches Noires, another house called La Chaumière, etc
The head office was temporarily located in Paris, 46 rue de Provence.
The provisional administration of the company was entrusted to Mr. Gustave Palmer Harding (handwritten signature on the title).
