Brothers Pierre and Robert Dammann, passionate about tea, bought the company Derode, a tea and vanilla merchant, and took over the activity of a tea counter located in Batavia.

They opened a spice counter in Tamatave in 1925 and in 1932 became the official supplier of the Compagnie Générale Transatlantique to the delight of passengers on the Ile de France or Normandy ships.

Tea became the company's exclusive activity in 1949.

In 2011 the company moved to Dreux. The company is now present in 62 countries.

Very beautiful and authentic document illustrated with tea leaves, scenes of colonial trade and a sailboat in vignette.

500 B shares issued only in the capital of the company.

Signature of one of the Dammann brothers.

Extract from the statutes on the back of the share.
