Share signed by Clément-Bayard, French industrialist, manufacturer of cycles, automobiles and aeronautical equipment from 1878 to 1922. He was the first to import Dunlop tires and then launched into the automobile and dirigible balloons. Bayard was an administrator of another textile company: Textiloses et Textiles.
