Operation of the Railways lines from Draguignan to Meyrargues and from Draguignan to Grasse, as well as the railways from Grasse to Nice or Cagnes, from Digne to Draguignan via Castellane and Saint-André, and from Saint-André to Nice via Puget-Théniers .

The company also had concessions for the lines from Hyères to Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël, from Beaune to Arnay-le-Duc (via Bligny-sur-Ouche), from Châtillon to Aignay-le-Duc and Baigneux-les-Juifs, from Dijon to Fontaine-Française (by Mirabeau), from Semur to Saulieu (by Précy-sous-Thil).
