He started to open branches in Monte-Carlo, avenue de la Costa, and Nice, rue Garnier. In 1902, he acquired the patisserie business of Vogade, Pl. Massena in Nice. They intended to expand to Menton, Cannes and the whole Côte d'Azur. Very rare (only 5 known).
