The registered office is established in Antwerp. The company's main purpose is to build a portfolio of gold stocks and to take an interest, either on its own initiative or in collaboration, in all financial transactions relating to the gold industry. It can create, acquire, sell, negotiate, bring to fruition, lease or lease and sponsor any gold mining ventures. It may, on a secondary basis, for itself and on behalf of third parties, process all financial transactions relating directly or indirectly to the main purpose.
