Superb decoration by Ch. Crabbe, with coats of arms of the United States, England, Austria, Italy, Russia and Belgium. On the right side, the arches of Rue de Rivoli near the Place de la Concorde in Paris, and further the Arc de Triomphe at the end of the avenue of the Champs-Elysées.
