Document signed by its founder Alexandre Lamblin.

The company founded by Alexandre Lamblin operated the Linas-Montlhéry autodrome (Essonne).

Lamblin, initially a manufacturer of automobile and aircraft radiators, was a sports enthusiast. He also owned a newspaper, "L'Aéro-Sport". Lamblin bought the land in 1923 to turn it into a 2500 meter racing circuit, at a time when the automobile industry was developing, seeking to break many speed records.

But Lamblin, ill for several years, died in 1933, ruined after having also liquidated his newspaper.

The circuit was taken over by the State, then by the Technical Union of the Automobile, Motorcycle and Cycle (UTAC).
