Company initially with capital of 430,000 francs divided into 4,300 shares of 100 francs, with head office in Paris, 3, rue Pillet-Will (headquarters of Bank H. Lippens & Cie), founded in 1908.

The company exploited 400 hectares of rubber trees to produce rubber. It occupied the southern part of the island of Phuquoc and its center in the village of Caydua. The labor force was Javanese. Coconut palms (copra), pepper plants and perfume plants were also produced.

The loss-making company was liquidated in 1932.

In 1927, the head office was located in Paris, 13, rue Lafayette.
