This company intends to associate French, Annamese and Chinese capital in the common work of agricultural, industrial and commercial development in Indochina; to extend its operations to China, in participation with its Chinese co-stakeholders.

More specifically, it has in view the discounting of notoriously solvent banknotes or instruments and the rediscounting of these notes or instruments; mortgage loans with long-term amortization having as financial means and counterpart, the issuance of bonds redeemable within the same period. Part of the profit shares is allocated to the Banque Coloniale et de Travaux Publics.
