Former large clothing stores located in Paris, at the corner of Place de la Bastille and rue Saint-Antoine.

''Les Phares de la Bastille'' was one of the very fashionable large novelty stores between 1875 and 1900. They were adorned with gigantic headlights which illuminated the district.

The department stores were replaced by the current Banque de France building. There remains today, no doubt, in memory of this store, a philosophy café called ''La Café des Phares''.

This very rare document is also of comic interest since the terms that are traditionally found on the old actions have been diverted for the benefit of advertising for the store.
