The purpose of the company was "to acquire the domain of Mondésir, located in Caudéran, near Bordeaux, to transform it into a velodrome, to build and operate this velodrome, and, by extension, to operate the games, entertainment and amusements that will be installed there".

The head office was located in Paris, 50 boulevard Haussmann, the administrative headquarters being in Caudéran.

3,500 shares were issued in the capital. 3,500 founder shares were also created.

The Director is the Comte de Cadignan and Paul Puy is secretary. Mr. le Marquis de Crény is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. His signature appears on the right of the share.

The velodrome was inaugurated in May 1895 and the first races took place on a 400-meter cement track, built by the Compagnie Générale Française des Travaux en Ciment et Fer de Halluin (Nord). The company was only in business for two years, facing financial problems.
