Privilege share of 100 francs issued in Louvain in 1898.
The Delin company was founded in Louvain in 1890 by Delin and Janssesn-Opdebeek to build Derby bicycles. Then the company begins to manufacture automobiles and rims as well as petrol engines. The company closed in 1902.
The share is beautifully decorated.
