Russian bonds
Russian loans were issued on the Western financial markets and particularly in France, at the end of the 19th century until 1916. During the revolution of 1917 the repayment of the loans was suspended. Repayments of small savers will take place in the United Kingdom in 1986 and in France in 1997.
